Hello! My name is Raman.
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for supporting my small business. I truly appreciate every one of you. Secondly, a little pronunciation tip: it’s Ma-ca-ron (not Mac-a-roon – I must admit, I internally cringe every time I hear the latter! Haha).
I’m just a simple suburban girl chasing her dream with my home baking business. By day, I juggle my career as a pharmacist, and by night, I’m an avid macaron baker! My love affair with these delicate treats began in the beautiful city of Paris, where I first indulged in the exquisite creations of the renowned Ladurée and Angelina. At the time, I never imagined I would one day be making macarons myself.
Fast forward two years from that Paris trip, and amidst the lockdown, I found myself missing those moments and the taste of those delightful confections. This longing inspired me to bring a little piece of Paris back into my life, and thus, La Fleur Macaron was born!
My goal is to transport you to a Parisian café with every bite, offering a truly delightful experience with our uniquely flavored French macarons. Our mission is to ensure each macaron is not just a dessert but a journey, an indulgence that makes you feel special. We take pride in providing vegan, halal, gluten free and eggless options, so that everyone can enjoy a macaron.
